Alexander E. Dean, a founding partner and Global Managing Partner of Accenture, is currently serving as a senior advisor to Strelmark bringing his extensive business development, execution and entrepreneurial expertise to Strelmark and it’s clients.
Currently he serves on the Executive Committee and The Board of Trustees of the College of William and Mary, Mason School of Business Administration and on the boards of several companies and other philanthropic organizations.
Formerly, at Accenture, he also headed the Global Communications and High Technology practice. His extensive experience included serving clients through global M&A issues, leading new technology initiatives and implementing major technology transformation programs worldwide. His ability to launch commercial enterprises across borders with innovative approaches meant that the solutions he delivered to clients ramped them to improved profitability almost immediately. Throughout these endeavors he led business development thereby delivering growth to both clients and the Accenture practice.
Ms. Martin has served as senior communications executive for KPMG, BearingPoint and CSC. She currently develops and executes communication programs to engage employees and other key stakeholders to achieve growth. She has extensive transformation, change management and strategic communications experience in professional services, consulting and technology industries, and has served as senior communications strategist and advisor to CEOs and executive teams on corporate, reputation, employee and financial matters.
As vice president for Corporate Communication at CSC, Ms. Martin had responsibility for the global communications functions for a $16 billion public company with more than 100,000 employees. She led strategy, planning and execution of all internal and external communications initiatives which included a CEO transition and launch of new strategy and transformation initiatives impacting all aspects of the company. She was responsible for communications strategies to transition the company to new sales enablement and global account programs designed to strengthen the company’s selling culture and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Prior to this she was vice president of Corporate Communications for BearingPoint and was responsible for executing global communications strategy and directing worldwide internal and external communications functions. In this role she played an integral part in the transition team that managed the company’s spinoff and initial public offering in 2001 and its integration and change strategies during BearingPoint’s global re-branding campaign (from KPMG Consulting) and extensive global acquisition activity. At KPMG, she also led consulting engagements providing new product development and strategic marketing services to clients in the federal market.
Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and a Master of Arts degree in international relations from Boston University.
Mr. Maglione has served as a Business Development Leader, Mentor and Executive Trainer for global organizations including Siemens and KPMG. He has extensive experience in leading sales organizations, developing client service teams, and managing consulting practices. Currently, he works with clients to develop and implement sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives that drive customer growth, achieve sales objectives, foster focused account development and enhance bottom-line profits.
As a Vice President at Siemens, Charles possessed direct responsibility for sales and account management, sales operations and marketing functions. In driving strategic account management and collaboration across multiple Siemens business units, he implemented a tiered account portfolio program to increase pipeline volume, enhance revenue predictability, and cultivate sustainable and profitable growth.
While at KPMG, Mr. Maglione played an instrumental role in designing a national sales organization including sales operations, sales processes, sales tools, pipeline management and reporting, compensation planning, position descriptions, training, career planning, recruiting and onboarding. He served as a National Instructor and creator of numerous virtual and classroom training courses aimed at promoting client relationships and augmenting business development skills. Charles led the national business development team for one of KPMG’s largest vertical markets overseeing a team of seasoned business development professionals and account management personnel.
Mr. Maglione’s 20+ years of business development experience serving the professional services industry affords him hands-on expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, customer acquisition, account management, and sales training and instruction. In the local community, he volunteers his time to Loudoun Caregivers and the Loudoun County Public Schools. Charles is a participant in many civic organizations including the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Northern Virginia Technology Council, and Junior Achievement.
Mr. Maglione holds a Masters of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree (in Political Economy) from the Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Caroline’s expertise lies in operations research and product development and integration. She worked at Continental Airlines as Manager Operations Research and Statistical Analysis. In addition, she led the design, creation, delivery and launch of two award-winning airline products – the US Airways A330-300 fleet and MAXjet Airways All Business Class. Caroline has appeared in New York Times and US News and World Report articles for her expertise on luxury on-board product and services.
The US Airways A330 fleet won four first place and three second place 2001 Onboard Services Awards and the top industry honor – 2001 Onboard Services Airline of the Year. Caroline’s product and services development for MAXjet Airways has won awards from Travel and Leisure, Budget Travel, Condé Nast Traveller, as well as four publishing awards for jetStyle, MAXjet’s In-flight magazine, from the Custom Publishing Counsel.
Her success in product development and integration lies in her strict adherence to two tactical applications – intensive research and analysis to maximize cost and work-process efficiencies and an interdisciplinary approach to effective design and successful execution.
In addition to her product development experience, Caroline was also a Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State from 2003-2005. She served in Afghanistan, where she helped run Embassy operations, coordinate construction of the new Embassy Compound and design and implement Embassy operation / services. Her work earned her a Superior Honor Award, the Department’s highest performance award.
Caroline graduated from Vanderbilt University with her MBA and her BS from University of Wisconsin – Madison. She speaks Korean, English, Portuguese, French, Russian and Dari.

Linda Horn has been working with Hilary and the Strelmark team for over 10 years as the Director of Operations. At Strelmark she manages the full range of administrative, logistical and operational duties for the Strelmark team.
