Rebel Renee Holiday
Chief Operations Officer

Rebel Renee Holiday, COO of Strelmark, LLC., has 25 years experience establishing and developing companies in corporate consulting with a focus on communications, presentation, image, personal and professional development.

During 2005 and 2007, Rebel Holiday consulted with growing companies focusing on leadership, communication, and business performance management, including Generon Global, Inc., Mobius Executive Leadership, Ontoco, and Gaiasoft International, Ltd.

Between 1997 and 2003, she was dedicated to assisting entrepreneurial companies from virtually every industry launch through several early-stage venture funds in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Between 2003 and 2005, she managed Precision Communications, Inc. a corporate communications firm in Northern Virginia. Ms. Holiday has consulted with many dozens of management teams.

Her business career began after attending UC Berkeley, when Ms. Holiday sold investment real estate in the California Bay Area from 1979 through 1981. In 1981 she received the top sales award for all of Northern California.

Her experiences in sales led Rebel to recognize the significance of non-verbal communications in business. She founded her first company in 1982, in La Jolla, California after research and study in the areas of non-verbal communications, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the work of Milton Erickson and other methodologies for influence and effective personal change. Her extensive analysis and innovative approach to aesthetic questions led to a discovery of visual “patterns” in the physical characteristics of men and women of all nationalities: “Human Visual Design™.”

Determined to objectify the standards for visual impressions and decisions made in business and life, during the early years of her business (1982 to 1986) she and her staff applied an empirical testing system and collected data in three-hour interview and testing sessions with 2,100 individuals. She then developed an information system that formed the basis for her work in “Personal Congruence,” “Visual Excellence” and “Personal Impact.”

Her Excellence Centers, operated on both Coasts of the U.S., provided training programs and personal coaching to over 6,000 individuals, leaders and executives between 1982 and 1994. During those years, programs in professional excellence, image, and communication were delivered in over 220 corporations. Rebel’s later research confirmed a direct correlation between an individual’s Human Visual Design™ and their personality. She wrote eight books on applying her system to image, design and personal expression and produced a television program. Her clients frequently reported life-changing results as the outcome of her work.

Between 1982 and 1996, she further developed her information system based on “Human Visual Design™” and applied the information system to the fashion industry. Logical Enterprises, Inc. licenses this system as an information technology for scalable use by consultants and fashion companies.

As a professional speaker and trainer since 1984, Rebel Holiday has enjoyed presenting keynotes and training programs to hundreds of diverse audiences in corporations and associations internationally. She has traveled to 43 countries for business and adventure. Rebel Holiday has lectured several times each month for the past ten years to business leaders in major U.S. cities. She spoke on entrepreneurial business at the Small Business Association National Conference in 2004. She has developed many dozens of workshops and training programs related to personal and organizational change and transformation.

Rebel Holiday has taught classes to graduate students in MBA programs at universities including, American University, Georgetown University, Massachusetts Institute for Technology (MIT) and University of Maryland. She assisted in developing curriculum for a Center for Entrepreneurial Achievement in 1999. She has written articles related to strategic planning, finance, entrepreneurial business and leadership.

She donates her seminars as fund-raisers for non-profit organizations, including Children's Hospital, The Burn Foundation, Kiwanis, Soroptomists, American Heart Association, Abandoned and Runaway Children's Center and others.

Rebel is passionately committed to working with others to shift the quality of life on our planet.

"Everyone loved you and commented to me that your twenty minutes were the best twenty minutes we have ever had at the Junior League from a guest speaker. You truly impressed everyone."
Katharine Powell
President
Junior League of Northern Virginia

"Thank you for the seminar you presented to our Tax Department. Rarely does someone from outside the firm do such an outstanding job of addressing our specific needs.  I felt as though you were an integral part of our very own marketing team. It is quite obvious that you carefully listened to us when we briefed you on our meeting goals and concerns. Your material was perfectly targeted to our varied group which ran the gamut from juniors to principals and partners. Equally important was your innate ability to judge the audience's demeanor and elicit not only participation, but also a high degree of interest. A true coup for an early morning meeting! Everyone sensed that you not only "talked the talk, but truly walked the walked," albeit rather quickly... (The fact that, minutes after you finished, you were booked instantly by a Partner for an upcoming firm-wide seminar, speaks for itself").
Walter Timoshenko
VP Marketing
RAE
Richard A. Eisner & Company, LLP

"We hired Strelmark, given that we had just received two weeks notice to compete for a very significant opportunity, and we were busy with other projects. Our team had the experience, but was not organized, nervous and inexperienced when it came to presenting. Hilary worked closely with us individually, and as a group, to focus on our strengths and presenting styles to deliver the right message - nothing was fabricated. Hilary focused on the skills that each member brought to the team and what they were most comfortable talking about. They orchestrated the team into a solid, focused, well organized and highly professional group that made a great presentation. It was a little like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, I was nothing short of impressed with their talent. We won the deal and have now engaged Strelmark on a long term basis to help us grow FOX Architects taking us to the next level."
