Hilary Fordwich
President and Founder
With a career spanning more than 25 years and traversing the globe, Hilary Fordwich is a national expert in business development, strategic relationship building, and client relationship management for professionals in service organizations and knowledge-based industries.
For more than a decade, Hilary served as head of global business development for international accounting and consulting firm KPMG where she worked in a number of the firm's offices including Manhattan, Long Island, and Washington as well as oversees in Amsterdam. Stateside, she has held other high-level positions at leading firms including Beers & Cutler, PLC (the largest DC regional accounting firm) where she directed marketing and technology-provider James Martin & Company (now Headstrong) as Vice President of Global Marketing and a member of the firm's Executive Board. Hilary has also served as Managing Director at Qorvis Communications, LLC, a full service PR, IR, and Public Affairs firm.
In addition to speaking and working with Fortune 1000 professional service firms, Hilary has presented at leadership, trade, and professional conferences for organizations including the US Chamber of Commerce, United Professional Sales Association, Women in Technology (WIT), the American Marketing Association, National Press Foundation, the PGA Merchandise Show, the Information Technology Services Marketing Association, Greater Washington Board of Trade, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Microsoft's Annual Marketers Conference, the Legal Marketing Association, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services, among others.
A 9-handicap golfer who competed in the US Women's Southern Amateur the last three years, Hilary appears regularly as a business and golf expert on DC's NewsChannel 8's Capital Golf Weekly as a regular commentator of Hilary's On Course as well as Golfing with Hilary on Washington Post Radio's MetroTalk, 107.7FM. She also lectures and helped design the curriculum for the University of Maryland's Golf for Business and Life program, a new PGA sponsored 3-credit course offered to graduate business students. A featured speaker for Women On Course, a Greater Washington regional golf program sponsored by the Executive Women’s Golf Association and a Senior Advisor to Total Golf Adventures, Hilary has also helped organize golf tournaments for the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society,WIT and has helped plan the CREW's (Commercial Real Estate Women) Business Golf Expo. She is currently the regional emcee for Accelerent a CEO business development organization.
Hilary is currently the regional emcee for the business development entity Accelerent. She has written a monthly expert opinion column on business development for The Washington Business Journal. Her advice has been featured in The Washington Post, The New York Times, CNN Fortune, Chicago Tribune, NPR's Marketplace, USA Network, CBS Marketwatch, Legal Times, AOL Sports, The Wall Street Journal, CareerBuilder.com, and many other national and regional media outlets.

Born in England, Hilary became a US citizen in 1982. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UVA at Mary Washington College. She currently resides with her three children in Maryland.

Brett D. Egloff
Senior Advisor/Consultant
Brett Egloff brings over 14 years experience of consistent goal attainment and accomplishments of the highest levels in sales, marketing, business development, and management in the IT, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Brett is quite adept in his business development skills and strategic relationship building with Senior Executives of Fortune 1000 Companies. He has worked for two Fortune 500 Companies, Eastman Kodak and ATT. His large deal capture skills brought in over $30 Million in Total Contract Values. In 2004, Brett attained the highest level of recognition at ATT when he received the Circle of Excellence Award achieving the Top 1% performance across the global organization. His recent assignment includes the role of Senior Sales Executive at SAVVIS Communications, a recognized leader in Cloud Computing and Infrastructure outsourcing. In addition, Brett headed the business development practice at K Bank for the $250 million Construction to Permanent Lending Division, which was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal for its innovative products and entrepreneurial leadership. It was there through his performance and achievements that he was elected officer and Vice President. Brett was nominated and elected to the Board of Directors for the MNCBIA (Maryland National Chapter of the Builder Industry Association). Through his community outreach and efforts, he was presented with the Community Service Award in 2008 for his personal challenge to help raise awareness and money for the Home Builders Care Foundation.
Egloff is also a golf enthusiast with a 3 handicap and brings a fresh perspective and true passion for the game. In 2001 he founded and ran the UUNET Capital Swing Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament at the Tournament Players Club at Avenel. An innovative concept that brought together PGA players, celebrities, and executive-level business leaders to play golf, expand business relationships, and raise money for The First Tee Program. Egloff currently serves on the golf committees for the March of Dimes and Women in Technology.
Brett resides in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife and two children. He enjoys cub scouts with his sons, coaching basketball and running. In 2009 Brett trained and finished his first Marine Corp Marathon.

Caroline Chung
Senior Consultant
Caroline’s expertise lies in operations research and product development and integration. She worked at Continental Airlines as Manager Operations Research and Statistical Analysis. In addition, she led the design, creation, delivery and launch of two award-winning airline products – the US Airways A330-300 fleet and MAXjet Airways All Business Class. Caroline has appeared in New York Times and US News and World Report articles for her expertise on luxury on-board product and services.
The US Airways A330 fleet won four first place and three second place 2001 Onboard Services Awards and the top industry honor – 2001 Onboard Services Airline of the Year. Caroline’s product and services development for MAXjet Airways has won awards from Travel and Leisure, Budget Travel, Condé Nast Traveller, as well as four publishing awards for jetStyle, MAXjet’s In-flight magazine, from the Custom Publishing Counsel.
Her success in product development and integration lies in her strict adherence to two tactical applications – intensive research and analysis to maximize cost and work-process efficiencies and an interdisciplinary approach to effective design and successful execution.
In addition to her product development experience, Caroline was also a Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State from 2003-2005. She served in Afghanistan, where she helped run Embassy operations, coordinate construction of the new Embassy Compound and design and implement Embassy operation / services. Her work earned her a Superior Honor Award, the Department’s highest performance award.
Caroline graduated from Vanderbilt University with her MBA and her BS from University of Wisconsin – Madison. She speaks Korean, English, Portuguese, French, Russian and Dari.

Nathan Betz
Copywriter and Communications Consultant
Nathan is a copywriter, editor and business communications specialist who has helped businesses and individuals to communicate professionally, persuasively and profitably for ten years. Nathan has served as a freelance copywriter and marketing consultant in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical, engineering, fitness, personal finance, technology, mortgage, software development, Internet commerce, real estate, religious and nonprofit. Companies he has served include Coldwell Banker, Prudential, GMAC, Curves, Liberty Tax Service, The Mortgage Coach, Xpressdocs and Countrywide Financial.
As a copywriter, Nathan successfully wrote a multi-year national ad campaign for Bibles For America, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to distribute free copies of the New Testament throughout the United States. He also worked closely with Dave Savage, a thought-leader and nationally recognized speaker in the mortgage industry, and ghostwrote his 2007 book, The Mortgage Planner’s Book of Best Practices.
Prior to his commercial experience, Nathan was chief editor for Generation magazine. While playing leading roles for that and two other periodicals, he became a book editor at the magazines’ southern California publishing house. He went on to edit several dozen standalone titles and 15 volumes of a 200-volume project.
A former resident of Montana, Virginia and California, Nathan is a graduate of The College of William & Mary (B.A. magna cum laude, German Language and Literature, 1997) as well as of St. John’s College (M.A.L.A., Liberal Arts, 2008), where he rowed crew. A classically trained pianist with an active interest in ancient languages, he resides with his wife in Maryland.

Jennifer Tuberosa
Consultant
Jennifer Tuberosa is an award-winning marketing communications consultant with more than 15+ years experience. Her expertise includes media relations, special events planning, marketing plan development/writing/editing, community relations, and graphic design.
Tuberosa has worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit arenas. She has led public relations and marketing campaigns for a variety of clients including those in the technology, education, business, architectural, and association sectors. Prior to her consulting career, Tuberosa served as the marketing manager of CNAV Systems, an educational portal company based in McLean, VA. She also worked as director of communications for the Northern Virginia Technology Council, as communications specialist for the Liverpool Central School District in Central New York, and as a public affairs associate for Associated Credit Bureaus. Tuberosa has won many awards for her work in public relations and marketing, such as the Clarion Award for Innovative Communications and Marketing, Women in Communications, Central New York Chapter.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism from the esteemed S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Tuberosa also has completed extensive MBA coursework credits from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.

Jay Kamins
Creative Direction and Mutimedia Design
Jay Kamins' specialty is using design, illustration, interactivity, and multimedia to create compelling online experiences that involve, inform, and delight the user. His skill set includes website design and development, corporate/product branding, and print design.
Kamins' 15-year career in multimedia has spanned a wide range of industries from computer-based education to interactive television. His approach has a solid foundation in user-focused design, and he regularly enriches projects by including elements such as 3D modeling and illustration, Flash animation, sound, and video. Kamins has served as Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Director for clients that include PBS, Nokia, Barnes and Noble, Fidelity Investments, TBS Superstation, and the United States Navy. His experience in creating on-time, on-budget projects is reflected by a project methodology that streamlines the creative process to ensure the client's needs are met.
Kamins lives with his wife and daughter in Connecticut in a craftsman bungalow on a retired Christmas tree farm.

Kathy Fangman
Consultant
Kathy Fangman is an accomplished corporate communications professional with more than seven years experience in a variety of industries. She has supported executive teams in the development of strategic marketing plans in corporate real estate, banking, IT consulting, and more. With a strong background in account management, Fangman can swiftly pinpoint a client’s needs and efficiently execute a plan. She also brings a financial perspective to marketing communications with her background in investor relations.
Prior to Strelmark, Fangman was a Director at Qorvis Communications, LLC, where she specialized in Marketing Communications. She managed day-to-day client relationships and led both internal and external teams in the development and execution of integrated PR & MarCom plans. Projects included creating messaging platforms, collateral development, defining target markets, and various other customer growth and retention tools. Most recently Fangman provided strategic consulting to small businesses in the retail sector where she assisted owners in building revenue through the revamping and/or creation of multi-faceted business plans. In many cases, her assistance highlighted untapped market opportunities and fine-tuned marketing expenditures.
Fangman has an MBA from University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from University of Portland, where she double majored in Marketing and Management. She is an active member of the Junior League and enjoys volunteering for a variety of organizations.
