Business Development Assessments
We assess the effectiveness of the firm's current business development activities in terms of capabilities and gaps (using the SWOT model). Strelmark consultants conduct interviews with key players to become more familiar with the firm's culture, terminology, expectations, challenges, and previous successes. We help determine needs and opportunities from the perspective of leveraging existing assets.

Company-Wide Business Development Planning
Business development planning begins following assessment. We meet with company leaders to identify—then prioritize—goals and objectives for growing the business. As part of the process, Strelmark professionals develop a customized strategy for success that includes a detailed action plan and an evaluation system for monitoring progress.

Personalized Business Development Plans
A personal business development plan is a highly effective tool for those in the professional services industry where individuals are often required to "rain-make" their own careers within an organization. "What we have done over the period of the last few months, with the involvement of Strelmark, is get the team focused externally, looking at our capabilities and offerings from the outside in, rather than the inside out.
